Cancelling takes effect immediately and your family is downgraded to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.
No. All your data is kept. On the Free plan you'll only see your 5 most recent fill-ups until you upgrade again - nothing is deleted.
Yes. Upgrade to the Family plan whenever you need to, then invite members from Account Settings.
You can display and log amounts in ZAR, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD or NZD. Subscription payments themselves are billed in USD via PayPal, regardless of your display currency.
