This page explains who can see your information inside a Fuelwise family account, which service providers may process it, and when administrators may access it.
Family account data sharing
Your vehicle information, fuel records, expenses, uploaded receipts, and related account activity may be visible to the Family Owner responsible for this family account.
- Family Owners can view the family’s vehicles, fuel records, expenses and receipts.
- Family Members only see vehicles assigned to them and records they are permitted to view.
- Family Members cannot access another family organisation.
- Historical records may remain linked to the family account after a member leaves.
- Removed members lose access immediately.
Service providers
Information may be processed on our behalf by:
- Hosting and database providers
- File-storage providers
- Email-delivery providers
- Payment providers (PayPal)
- Analytics providers (self-hosted, cookie-free)
- Advertising providers (Meta/Facebook Pixel, only if you opt in)
- Customer-support providers
- Security providers
We do not sell personal information.
Administrator access
Authorised Platform Administrators may access account information when necessary for support, security investigation, account recovery, privacy requests, legal obligations or system maintenance.
All administrator access is logged.
